Once we have selected a site for construction, our in-house design and construction team goes to work refining the product offering. They visit nearby assets and conduct consumer research to produce a community with the best amenities, finishes, and layouts so that we can charge market leading rents for each of our assets. Finally, our in-house general contracting firm manages construction from site layout until the final management walks and is often able to produce cost savings between 5% and 10% versus firms that hire outside General Contractors. From concept through completion, our fully-integrated platform performs all the necessary functions in-house to maximize both quality and control. The final results – time after time – have been projects that have lead the industry in rent per square foot, property reviews, and have received multiple design awards. All of which translates into maximum returns for our investors.
